Quinn Talks Back

He's trying to communicate. And I am trying to translate. We'll get there one day.

This smile can redeem a multitude of sins. Including the sin of explosive, clothes-penetrating, curry-colored, cottage-cheese-textured poop that he just shared. All. Over. Everything. 

Quinn finally my "Aunt Johnnie". Funny thing is at last years family reunion in Las Vegas she blatantly asked Aliah if we would have a baby before the next reunion. Well Aunt Johhnie you called it. LOL

So it would only be appropriate to share the story behind this pic. Our friends Chrissy and James had their baby CJ just a couple of weeks before Quinn was born. Its funny because originally Chrissy and Aliah's due dates were only 1 day apart - so CJ and Quinn's updates have kinda been tied to each other since last summer.

So that's why it was so cool for them to finally meet when Chrissy brought CJ by today for a visit that was a long time coming.

We're looking forward to a lot more of these pics in the years to come.

Easter Sunday with Quinn.

We were blessed to be able to get Quinn christened on Easter Sunday at our church. A lot of our family was in attendance and it was an honor to be able to have both of Quinn's Godparents Kelcey Shaw and Alexis Baker present to be blessed as well.

Special Thanks to our friend Kharma down in TEXAS for sending Quinn this awesome Ralph Lauren suit as a gift. He was so fresh and so clean and got A LOT of compliments on his ensemble for the day. LOL. Thanks Kharma!

Dietra will always have a special place in our hearts when it comes to Quinn. Because she literally prayed him out into the world. (No seriously. She said "amen" and Quinn was here 15 pushes later and 12 mins later.) 

So you know Quinn had to stop bye and say Happy BDay !! We love ya!
